Delaware’s black sea bass season opens today and will remain open until December 31, 2013. Remember that the bag limit for this season is 25 fish per person and that fish must be at least 12.5 inches in length.
Though the season technically closes on December 31, 2013, the first season of the year opens on January 1, 2014; however during this season the bag limit is reduced to 1`5 fish per person per day, though the minimum length remains 12.5 inches.
