Congratulations to Team Ocean Isle Fishing Center members Brant and Barrett McMullen, Rube McMullen, Amy McMullen, Caroline McMullen, Brayden McMullen, and Stephanie McMullen for their first-place finish in the 2013 Southern Kingfish Association Nationals in Biloxi, Mississippi. Team OIFC registered one fish of 56.28 pounds and one of 48.82 pounds for a winning total of 105.10 pounds.

This is the third time the McMullens have won the tournament, having taken first place in 2009 and 2011, as well.

Second place went to Choice of Two with a total weight of 94.82 pounds.
