How many times have you lost fish because your knot came loose? On Team Wise Fishing we pick one knot to use and we tie it over and over until we can tie it in our sleep. The Shirtless Captain recommends tying knots the day before as this seems to work better than the day you are fishing. You will take your time the day before where as you may be in a hurry when you are on the boat and the fish are going crazy.
