Officials running the 2014 Seattle Boat Show have announced that the Boat Show will end a day earlier than originally scheduled so exhibitors, event staff and show-goers can watch the Super Bowl with their friends and families, since the Seattle Seahawks will be playing in the game.

The Boat Show opens this Friday at 11:00 am and will now close at 8:00 pm on Saturday,  February 1st. The event is being held at CenturyLink Field, the Seahawks’ home field, and South Lake Union.

By special arrangement with CenturyLink Field, the show is allowing access to the field so those who attend can celebrate the Seahawks’ victory over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. The field will be open from noon until 2 p.m. (except on Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30). Show-goers will be able to walk the turf, take pictures in front of the goal posts and show their team pride. Tickets to the show are $12.
