NOAA has announced that it will be seeking comments from the public about bag limits for Vermillion Snapper and  annual catch limits for Yellowtail Snapper. In addition, NOAA is considering eliminating the  ventilation tool rule for boats reef fishing and is asking for public input on the matter.
