The 420, a model that’s been nearly three years in the making, is set to be debuted during a press conference in the Scout Boats booth inside the Miami Beach Convention Center (booth #R-60) at 10:30AM on Thursday, Feb 12, 2015. All media representatives are invited to attend.
“After this company just turning 25 years old, starting out with 14’, 15’ and 17’ molds, and now here we are on the verge of debuting a 42’ model that rivals the larger high powered sportfishers outside of its class much less anything around it by our normal competitors…this is a momentous unveiling for us, said Potts. “No stone was left unturned in regards to design, function, innovation, technology performance, and styling on our new flagship. We could have debuted this model sooner, but we didn’t want to rush to market with a product we weren’t completely blown away by. Believe me, this product is worth the wait – from the epoxy-infused double stepped hull, to the state-of-the-art Garmin touch screens at the helm – this model further defines everything we’ve ever been about here at Scout,” Potts added.
Scout builds sportfishing, fish ‘n ski, walk around, flats and bay boat models ranging from 15’ to 35’. Since it’s founding over two decades ago, Scout Boat’s goal has been to manufacture the best-built boats in its distinctive sportfishing niches. Each Scout hull is a true original, as the in-house research and design team works closely with engineering to take concepts from blueprint to production more efficiently, growing the company’s world-class reputation for quality, strength, durability and value.Boat, fish, Fishing, Scout Boats
