Texas angler Brian Barclay fishing with Booby Trap Fishing out of Surfside Beach, Texas yesterday boated what looks to be a new Texas State Record swordfish.  The 107 inch, 493 pound fish stands to beat out the previous state record of 341 caught in January, 2011. Barclay fought the fish for more than four hours. Check out the Channel 13 local news broadcast about the catch.
