The Auckland On Water Boat Show (formerly the Auckland International Boat Show) kicks off next Thursday, September 26, 2013 and will run through Sunday, September 29, 2013. This is certainly one of those shows that we really wish we could attend, but unfortunate, can’t.

Fortunately, the event’s planners have opted to put this year’s program online in a unique digital format. Unlike the print program, which will be available at the show and of which 12,000 copies have already been distributed, the online version includes videos and photos from the show and from vendors at the show.

The program is impressive, and we at Inventive Fishing not only applaud the Auckland On Water Boat Show for their inventiveness in creating this version of the program, but encourage other major international boat and fishing trade shows to follow the Auckalnder’s lead and take up similar practices.
