Okuma’s Azores spinning reels are designed with strength and stability in mind. The reels feature dies-cast aluminum bodies, side plate and rotor, machine cut pinion gear and the Okuma Dual Force Drag system that turns out up to 44 pounds of max drag. The reels have dual anti-reverse systems, massive oversized spool shafts and grease-packed stainless steel bearings that deliver incredible strength while a 3-piece carbon fiber Mechanical Stabilization System prevents electrolysis.
The Azores come in five sizes with line capacities from 8-pound to 25-pound. They are affordable at an msrp of $109.99 to $129.99.
