Custom rod builder and designer Paul Paco Ernandez has introduced a new line of lanyards designed for use in saltwater environments, making them ideal for kayak fishing, surf casting, and boating. Called Smart Lanyards, these lanyards are constructed with stainless steel hardware and marine grade bungees.

Smart Lanyards are available in two styles, the tool and rod lanyard features a stainless steel split ring at one end and a stainless steel carabiner at the other. The other , a neck lanyard, features a sturdy plastic clip on a looped bungee.

The tool and rod lanyards are available in 20″ and 32″ lengths. All of the lanyards are available in four color options: pink, black, red, and blue.

Ernandez will also make custom lanyards; prices are determined by length and hardware.
