We’ve just heard from some Saltwater Nation friends in New York that renowned angler Bob Jones will be showing and discussing his amazing collection of World War II-era saltwater lures and baits from the New York area. The display will run today (September 19, 2013) through Saturday (September 21, 2013) at the Water Mill Museum located just off of Route 27 in Water Mill, New York on Long Island.

According to the Water Mill Museum web page, Bob will be on hand to talk with visitors and to provide information about his collection. Visitors are also encouraged to bring their own antique saltwater lures to discuss with Bob.

This sounds like an incredible opportunity to meet and talk with one of the true experts on antique lures from the New York region.
