“Lil” Butt Nakid Quick Tip of the Week

Tired of the ice you just put in your cooler melting away so quickly? Here is a tip to help make your ice last longer. Take your cooler the day before you’re going to use it and open it up. That night, fill it about 3/4 of the way with cubed ice, and close the lid and make sure the drain plug is closed tightly. This will help cool it down. When you are ready to reload the next day, drain all the water out and load the cubed ice back in. This time take your plug on the bottom and open it up so the water will slowly drip out. A cold cooler with a slow drip will help keep your ice longer and you won’t have the need to spend $250.00 or more for one of those fancy coolers unless you’re like me and have to have one for status.
